We have been in the home building business since 1998, dedicating our time and resources into building energy efficient custom homes for our customers with their ideas implemented as much as possible.
The two type of homes that we specialize in building are ICF Homes (Insulated Concrete Form) and Sealed Envelope or Spray Foam Houses, which are exterior wall foam insulated.
As custom home builders, we have built all across Central Texas to include cities such as Killeen, Copperas Cove, Nolanville, Harker Heights, Marble Falls, Kingsland, Round Rock and Burnet.
We are members of the Central Texas Homebuilders Association and Building Industry Association of The Highland Lakes. We have won several awards for our homes that were featured in past Parade of Homes.
Terry was President of the Central Texas Homebuilders Association in 2009 and V.P. in 2008.
